Episode 3: Frilly on Hypnobirthing, Birth Preparation, Pregnancy Support & Finding Your Village

This episode of Storme Diaries is all about supporting women through pregnancy, birth and motherhood. I sit down with the wonderful Frilly, a doula, hypnobirthing teacher, pregnancy yoga instructor and baby massage specialist, for an honest and inspiring conversation about helping women feel empowered, informed and supported during one of the most transformative periods of their lives. Together, we talk about hypnobirthing, birth preparation, building confidence during pregnancy, and the importance of finding your village as a new mum. Frilly also shares her own birth story and the experiences that inspired her passion for supporting women from pregnancy through to parenthood. Warm, insightful and full of practical advice, this episode is a reminder that motherhood was never meant to be navigated alone, and that the right support can make all the difference.

For Episode 3 of Storme Diaries, I sat down with the lovely Frilly to talk about all things pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

Frilly is a doula, hypnobirthing teacher, pregnancy yoga instructor and baby massage specialist who has dedicated her career to supporting women through some of the biggest moments of their lives. What I loved most about our conversation was how passionate she is about helping women feel informed, confident and supported—not just during birth, but throughout their entire motherhood journey.

We talked about Frilly's own birth story, what inspired her to work with expectant and new mums, and why she believes that every woman deserves to feel empowered when making decisions about her pregnancy and birth experience.

One of the things that really stood out to me was Frilly's focus on creating communities. Through her classes and courses, she's not only helping women prepare for birth, but also helping them build friendships and support networks that often last long after their babies arrive.

"Motherhood was never meant to be done alone. Finding your village can change everything." – Frilly

During our conversation, we discussed hypnobirthing, birth preparation, pregnancy support, baby classes and the importance of having a strong support network around you as you navigate motherhood. Frilly shared some wonderful insights into how women can feel more prepared, more confident and more connected throughout their journey into parenthood.

Whether you're currently expecting a baby, have recently become a mum, or simply enjoy hearing honest and inspiring stories from incredible women, I think you'll find so much value in this episode.

I hope you enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed recording it.
